Tickle Me Tuesday


It's finally beginning to feel like spring! And the first step in welcoming spring in DC is the Cherry Blossom festival. Now, I'm a nervous nelly and don't do well in huge crowds of people, so I tend to steer clear of the festival. (I need to get over my fear, but I overwhelm easily, sigh). Anywho, since I didn't get to see the cherry blossoms and I'm about 99% sure the hubs would frown upon me planting a cherry blossom tree in the front yard I have decided to incorporate them into my everyday life.

There you have it. I revealed a little secret about myself- that I'm a big fat chicken. But I hope you do get, at some point in your life, to experience the cherry blossoms. And if not, I hope these items hope you feel like you are there!

    I want the light up cherry blossom thing! I love them so much...going to the festival was my favorite part of living there.

    how wonderful.
    i love cherry blossoms, but, just as your husband, my fiance would totally frown upon waking to a cherry blossom tree in the front yard.

    I'm loving the candles! I live less than 2 hours from DC and we just seem to be too busy to make it there to see the blossoms. I really hope we can make it next year.
